Design and publishing company from you to me ltd. produces award-winning gift journals, memory books and keepsakes that are loved and shared by families everywhere. The following are among its publications: the "Dear, from You to Me" series, "Bump to Birthday," "Our Story for My Daughter," "Our Story for My Son," "Love Stories," "My Baby," "Cooking Up Memories," and "Christmas Present, Christmas Past."

The company was established when, after the sudden death of Ms. Stephens' father, the father of her partner, Neil, was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Neil and Ms. Stephens realized that there was a great deal that neither one had known about their father's lives. As a result Neil's father filled out a journal, and this drove the idea for the business, from you to me ltd.

Ms. Stephens remains at the head of this enterprise, having owned the company for the last seven years. She draws from nearly three decades' experience in the workforce to create award-winning gifts that assist people in capturing and sharing priceless memories and stories. At the operations level, she is invested in the design and production of products particularly in terms of new product development, sales and marketing, and public relations initiatives.

Ms. Stephens holds a qualification in Podiatric Medicine, as well as a a Master of Science and an MBA. She has recently completed additional schooling through the Kellogg School of Management. This education and training has fueled Stephens' accomplishments in the industry, which have been numerous. This year alone, she was named by Bath Business Awards as the Small Business of the Year, honored by the Practical Parenting and Pregnancy Magazine Awards, and given accolades as LBL South West and Best Gift/Keepsake. Prior to this, Stephens won the Gold U.S. Stationery Show Award, Best New Product Award for "Journals of a Lifetime," Best Gift for New Mum/Dad for "Bump to Birthday," and several Bizziebaby Awards. Most recently, however, she was inducted into Worldwide Branding.
