MONTREAL, QC, April 21, 2014 (Press-News.org) Employees and tenants of Montreal's landmark Sun Life Building now have access to a unique benefit: exclusive yoga classes.

As part of a new wellness initiative, property manager Bentall Kennedy is pleased to offer this benefit to all occupants of the Sun Life Building located at 1155 Metcalfe Street. The company, which earned a 1st place rank for sustainability in the Americas in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), is offering tenants and employees of the building the opportunity to de-stress, get fit and have fun with in-house yoga in a 10th floor suite overlooking downtown Montreal.

Certified yoga instructor Jennifer Kruidbos will be offering three classes a week to help some of the building's 5000 occupants become more relaxed, productive and efficient at work.

"We wanted to bring yoga to the Sun Life Building because we are invested in the well-being of our tenants and their employees. The consistent delivery of programs adapted to our tenant's needs is our most important commitment, and health and wellness services are a priority,'' said Nicole Bordeleau, Tenant Services Coordinator, Bentall Kennedy.

The company's selection of Jennifer Kruidbos to lead these classes draws on her in-depth experience in corporate environments and her no-nonsense approach to yoga for busy business professionals. With a straightforward teaching style that makes yoga accessible to both beginners and skilled practitioners, her clients progress at their own pace with yoga that is simple, safe and fun. In addition to law firms, tech startups, ad agencies, medical centres and Montreal hospitals, Jennifer recently added LightSpeed, Quebec's fastest growing company, to her list of corporate clients.

Classes are held Tuesdays at noon and Thursdays at 8am and noon in suite 1020, at special preferred rates- $12 for a single class, 5 classes for $55 or 10 classes for $100. Any tenant or employee of the Sun Life building may enjoy a free trial class.
