RALEIGH, NC, April 25, 2014 (Press-News.org) The Twisted Fork, part of the Rocky Top Hospitality family of dining operations, has introduced a new Twisted Q to Go takeout program featuring pulled Eastern North Carolina-style pork, beef brisket, beer can chicken, pork ribs and turkey breast, all smoked in house.
Twisted Q to Go is convenient and perfect for special events such as graduations, class reunions, Mother's Day, Father's Day, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, or just a quiet meal at home without the hassle. Food can be ordered by the pound, the meal or the party pack.

In addition to mouth-watering smoked meat and fried chicken, the Twisted Q to Go offerings include plenty of made-from-scratch sides and desserts such as hushpuppies, cole slaw, collard greens, pimento mac 'n cheese, potato salad, pasta salad, banana pudding, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, key lime pie, and red velvet cake. Takeout beverages include ice tea, lemonade and growlers of craft beer.
