Achieve Lasting Wellness At New Bridge Foundation Drug And Alcohol Treatment Center

Founded in 1968, New Bridge Foundation is a drug and alcohol treatment center located in two Hearst mansions nestled in the Berkeley hills in the beautiful Bay Area of California.

2010-08-13
DUBLIN, CA, August 13, 2010 (Press-News.org) New Bridge Foundation rehabilitation facility has been serving the community for over 40 years and is regarded among the most successful alcohol and drug treatment centers in California. All of our substance abuse treatment plans are tailored to fit the needs of the individual and are result-oriented and solution-focused in a nurturing and structured environment.

The goal of New Bridge Foundation's treatment center is to educate, enlighten and improve the quality of the lives of our clients. Our outcome studies reveal that our graduates enjoy lives free from drug and alcohol use, and consistently report more meaningful relationships, higher job satisfaction, and a better overall quality of life. New Bridge Foundation's drug and alcohol treatment utilizes a holistic model focused on the whole individual. We offer a range of alternative services including acupuncture, biofeedback, and relaxation to augment our core education and therapy focused on effective relapse prevention and education.

One of the unique aspects of our program is our full continuum of care. We offer many levels of treatment including detox, residential, day treatment, and intensive outpatient. Our flexible program suits the individual and allows clients to move from one level of care to another without interrupting the treatment process. In addition to providing adult services, New Bridge Foundation's adolescent program provides drug and alcohol services in targeted middle and high schools in the East Bay.

"Recovery is a process that encompasses the whole person," states Dr. Abby Medcalf, Director of Administration at New Bridge Foundation. "We treat drug and alcohol addiction from a holistic perspective and our graduate's report lives not only free of addiction, but filled with meaningful relationships and more satisfying careers as well."

New Bridge Foundation is a nonprofit agency. Unlike for-profit institutions, everything we make goes directly back into the quality of our services. This means we always have your best interests in mind.
