Kitchen Appliance Brands to Switch PR Agencies and Get Some Added Umpf
2010-08-16
LEEDS, ENGLAND, August 16, 2010 (Press-News.org) All of the national consumer and trade PR for the four brands will move into Leeds-based Umpf which was founded by former Lucre Communications board director Adrian Johnson 12 months ago.

In addition, Umpf will be providing social media campaigns across the portfolio of brands.

Jonathan Casley, Sales and Marketing Director at GDHA, said: "The time was right for us to refresh our PR support, enhance the creativity and also bring in social media campaign support. Adrian originally won the account and we're looking forward to working with the Umpf team to build on past successes."

Adrian Johnson, Umpf owner, said: "With four great British heritage brands, we're naturally delighted to be working with Jonathan and the GDHA team and a chance to complete some unfinished business for me personally."

With a British heritage spanning two centuries, Glen Dimplex Home Appliances manufactures and markets three of the UK's top ten cooking brands: Belling, Stoves and New World, as well as one of the top names in refrigeration, Lec.
