Capriotti's Sandwich Shop Heads To SDSU Just In Time For Classes To Begin

SAN DIEGO, CA, August 29, 2012 (Press-News.org) Capriotti's Sandwich Shop's Southwest expansion is in full force with the opening of their ninth California location and one more on the way later next month. Nationally recognized for their fresh, whole-roasted turkey meat and creative subs, Capriotti's will now be convenient to college area residents and SDSU students. The location at El Cajon Blvd. and College Ave. will make the third Capriotti's in the greater San Diego area, offering even more options for locals unwilling to settle on great taste.

With 36 years of practice, Capriotti's continues to roast 26 pound turkeys to ensure the highest quality turkey meat for their award-winning sandwiches, including signature sub, the Bobbie . Made with turkey pulled right off the bone, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and a touch of mayo, the Bobbie was voted "The Greatest Sandwich in America" by thousands of AOL readers and remains a Southern California favorite. Other Capriotti's specialties include the Capastrami , made with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, coleslaw and topped with Russian dressing and the Homemade Meatball Sub constructed with handmade meatballs, provolone, grated Romano, and warm marinara sauce.
