KWizCom Re-Certifies as Gold Partner in Microsoft Partner Network

Company receives top customer satisfaction scores during survey portion of renewal process for Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status

2010-08-22
TORONTO, CANADA, August 22, 2010 (Press-News.org) KWizCom, a leading provider of critical SharePoint components to over 3,000 organizations around the world, announced today that it has renewed its Gold Certified Partner status with Microsoft's Partner Network. The Microsoft Partner Network, formerly the Microsoft Partner Program, is committed to serving the needs of partners and helping their customers reach their maximum potential.

The Gold Certified Partner designation recognizes KWizCom's expertise in the Microsoft technology marketplace by showcasing its competencies as an ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and as a provider of Portals and Collaboration solutions. In retaining its Gold Certified Partner status, KWizCom has been able to show its breadth and depth of experience, and a commitment to high quality product standards. Importantly, KWizCom received outstanding customer satisfaction scores as part of the renewal process.

Changes to the Gold Certified Partner renewal process in 2010 made it more challenging, and its attainment compelling. This year it included providing Microsoft with customer references, and also having customers complete an in-depth satisfaction survey. Results of this survey showed that KWizCom received top scores for overall performance from its customers. The company also received high marks for ease of doing business, quality of communication and quality of sales. Notably, the survey also showed that customers are likely to repurchase from KWizCom, and that they felt the company's products delivered a competitive advantage to them.

"We are extremely pleased to get these great satisfaction scores from our existing customers, and we will continue to work hard to earn the same from our new ones. Our Gold Certified Partner designation is very significant as it provides us with great support from Microsoft, "said Shay Klein, KWizCom's VP of Business Development, "The benefits provided through this partnership will allow us to continue to enhance and grow the SharePoint solutions and services to provide value for our customers and partners.
