Ms. Buttner and Mr. Jaser are being hired to develop new business relationships and consult, educate, train and support high quality mortgage brokers in their respective markets.

Robin Buttner
Ms. Buttner joins TMS Funding with 24 years of experience and proven accomplishments in the mortgage lending industry and 15 years of sales, training and development in the residential wholesale lending channel. For the last 10 years, Ms. Buttner was a Wholesale Lending Account Executive with Homecomings Financial, where she successfully developed broker relationships in Connecticut and Vermont. Prior to holding this position, Ms. Buttner was a Regional Wholesale Lending Executive and Regional Credit Manager for Sovereign Bank. Ms. Buttner started her career with First National Bank as an Assistant Vice President/ Real Estate Loan Officer. Ms. Buttner will be focused on building broker relationships and servicing brokers in National Accounts.
Stephen Jaser
Mr. Jaser has a highly successful track record in sales, training and education in both the wholesale and retail channels. Prior to joining TMS Funding, Mr. Jaser was Vice President of Retail Lending at Total Mortgage Services and was involved in every aspect of loan origination including credit analysis, processing, underwriting, closing, compliance, and training loan officers. Previously, Mr. Jaser has worked as a Wholesale Account Executive at leading lenders including American Mortgage Network, Wachovia, and SCME Mortgage Bankers. In each of those roles, he was responsible for generating new accounts and servicing existing relationship with mortgage brokers throughout the New England region. At TMS Funding, Mr. Jaser will be focused on building broker relationships and servicing brokers in the Connecticut region.
