- Mick Mickelsen won a reversal from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and established new important legal precedent concerning the right to put on expert testimony concerning the mental state of the defendant outside the confines of the insanity defense. Client ultimately won his freedom as a result of Mick Mickelsen's efforts.

- On the eve of client's scheduled execution, Mick Mickelsen won a stay of execution from US Supreme Court in relation to important issue concerning the adequacy of client's former counsel.

- As a result of the efforts of Clint Broden and Mick Mickelsen, a client's death sentence was commuted "to a life sentence as a result of the State's suppression of exculpatory evidence in the client's trial.

- Clint Broden's client was acquitted in a federal tax fraud case tried in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Client faced approximately 60 months imprisonment if convicted. Despite the fact that the government has a 85% conviction rate at jury trials in federal court, there have Broden's clients have avoided conviction in all but 32 % of the cases he has tried in federal court and he has not lost a federal jury trial since 2004.

- In a case in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, Clint Broden secured a hung jury for a client facing several years imprisonment and the forfeiture of millions of dollars related to the client's participation as a marketer for an internet pharmacy website.

Following the mistrial, Broden secured a plea agreement in February 2010 in which the client was sentenced to one year probation and was not required to forfeit any monies.
