Dr. Sarkis is an expert on helping children and adults with ADD/ADHD. She has a Ph.D., Ed.S., and M.Ed. in mental health counseling from the University of Florida. She is an adjunct assistant professor at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and is a sub-investigator at FAU Clinical Research Studies. Her "Psychology Today" blog has received over 100,000 views. She lectures and presents her research internationally, and has received awards for her work on ADHD and brain function. In addition to her books, Dr. Sarkis has been published numerous times, including the Journal of Attention Disorders, Smart Money Magazine, and The Huffington Post. She has been featured on Fox News, ABC News, CNN's "Health Minute," and numerous other networks and stations.
