Rising temperatures and longer days mean one thing at Nello Cucina. The critically acclaimed Italian trattoria at South Coast Plaza's Crystal Court in Costa Mesa is rolling out its summer menu, announced Managing Partner Franco Vessia. Swordfish Carpaccio; Tagliata di Manzo, thinly-sliced grilled and marinated flap steak on a bed of garden greens; and Farfalle al Salmone Affumicato, bowtie pasta tossed with smoked salmon, leeks in a light cream sauce are among the items marking their debut.
