Two-Day Legal Analysis and Writing Workshop
Fleming's two-day Legal Examination Writing Workshops for Fall, 2010, begin in San Diego, CA on September 25/26, 2010. Additional dates and locations include Orange County, Los Angeles, Ventura, San Francisco and Riverside, CA.
The Legal Examination Writing Workshop is a ten-hour course, covering the three essay exam writing skills every law student must master to succeed on legal essay exams. In addition, each participant has the opportunity to write and submit three essay writing assignments for personal evaluation. Fleming's attorneys orally critique each submission on an audio CD and return the critique to each student within two-weeks of submission.

Science of the MBE Multiple-Choice
Fleming's one-of-a-kind online "Science of the MBE" course teaches the legal reasoning skills necessary to pass multiple-choice exams, covering the logic behind standardized multiple choice testing, how to approach each question, and how to reason the question to arrive at the correct answer. It is designed for every law school student in every grade level.

The live Fleming's Long Term Bar Review for the February, 2011 Bar Exam, begins on October 2, 2010. More than 100 exams are presented in the lecture series. Students are assigned more than 45 additional essays to write and submit for a personal audio CD critique. The Fleming's Baby Bar Review is a four-and-a-half day DVD presentation, beginning on September 4, 2010. It covers all subjects tested on the CA Baby Bar Exam, including substantive law lectures combined with essay and multiple-choice exam practice.

Online Performance Examination Workshop
Fleming's offers its four-day online Performance Workshop as a separate skills-based training program. Attorney Susan P.
