The Stars to Shine on "The Unsung Athletes" of the NFL

INDIANAPOLIS, IN, December 22, 2010 (Press-News.org) NFL Super Bowl Champion Lional Dalton is showing support to "The Unsung Athletes" and their foundations: Super Bowl XLV will Kick-Off with the Inaugural 2011 Unsung Athlete Awards: NFL Edition & Recognition Gala on Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011 6pm at the Black Academy of Arts & Letters located at 650 Griffin Street. The Inaugural Unsung Athlete Awards: NFL Edition Launch Event, hosted by NFL Super Bowl champ, Lional Dalton, is designed to be the first in a series of annual events to honor and celebrate exceptional Professional Athletes for their outstanding philanthropic efforts made off the field. These extra-ordinary individuals will be honored at several events taking place during Super Bowl Weekend, 2011. This exclusive event will also serve as a vehicle to raise much needed funds for select charitable organizations. The event will hosted by Lional Dalton and Michael Kiselak.
Lional Dalton expressed his desire to shine the light on the guys who are doing good and giving back to their community. "I am honored to host this monumental event, and recognize other players that are making a difference," says Dalton excitingly.
"Our goal in creating the event was to create a platform dedicated to promoting the positive efforts of professional athletes, particularly those NFL players that are making a difference in their communities. As a firm, we encounter so many players that are doing amazing charitable works, and often times these players always get attention when they do something wrong, rarely do they get recognition when they do something right! We just wanted bring to light those positive initiatives and encourage them to continue to give back" states Tanya Stephens of TPM Charity Events.
