Investbank Website Receives Best Structure Award

Investbank announced that it has won the Best Structure Award among Regional Private & Investment Banks in the second annual 2010 Banking Web Awards (BWA) competition in the Arab region held at the Intercontinental Phoenicia Hotel Beirut.

AMMAN, JORDAN, December 22, 2010 (Press-News.org) Investbank announced that it has won the Best Structure Award among Regional Private & Investment Banks in the second annual 2010 Banking Web Awards (BWA) competition in the Arab region held at the Intercontinental Phoenicia Hotel Beirut.
The BWA, a flagship arm of the Pan Arab Web Awards Academy, is the premier Web Awards competition in the Region. It was created to recognize excellence and creativity in banking online services that would cater to banking needs of public and private sectors worldwide.
A jury committee of Arab and regional design and technical professionals judged the entries at the competition. The evaluation criteria for the entries were based on special designated guidelines following the international standards of web technology.
"We are extremely honored for receiving this award, which we consider a catalyst for more work and effort to serve our clients through all forms of advanced, high technology," said Investbank Chief Business Development Officer Naser Abu Ghazaleh.
"The Award is dedicated to promoting overall achievement in creative design and functional performance of banking websites. This prize endorses all the hard work put into a site's creation and development," he pointed out.
Investbank also announced that it will be launching its new website, http://www.investbank.jo, by the New Year (2011) enhancing its features and rolling out its new identity.
Through the BWA, participating banks would have the opportunity to widen their contacts and network, cooperate with international banks to make sure they provide the best services, advertise their bank's services with low cost and joined efforts and attain market recognition.
The prominent event was attended by the heads of leading Arab banking institutions, ICT executives and government personalities, economists, academics and diplomats from a number of countries in the region.
