BOULDER, CO, January 09, 2011 (Press-News.org) Amadeus Consulting, a Boulder-based custom software development company, announced today that Chief Marketing Officer Jay Millard was nominated for the Boulder County Business Report's second annual Forty Under 40 Award. The award honors the Boulder Valley area's emerging leaders who are shaping its future.
Nominees of the Forty Under 40 award must meet a number of qualifications: Be under 40 years old as of Feb. 16, 2011, have had an impact on his or her organization, live or work in Boulder or Broomfield counties, made significant contributions of time and talent to the Boulder Valley Community and show potential for being a leader during the next decade.
Jay Millard has made significant contributions since his arrival at Amadeus Consulting in 2008. Revenue tripled as he pioneered the expansion of new service lines including mobile application development, 24/7 software maintenance, and conversion rate optimization. Jay also implemented a plan dedicated to creating long-term clients by continually exceeding expectations.
"Jay has been instrumental for our successful ability to pull-through the recession while continuing to expand our team and our revenues," said CEO Lisa Calkins. A panel of Boulder Valley community leaders will select the final 40. Honorees will be recognized during the Forty Under 40 Event on Feb. 15, 2011 at the Boulder Theater, as well as profiled in the February 18th issue of the Boulder County Business Report.
