CHICAGO, IL, February 02, 2011 (Press-News.org) InsuranceAgents.com has launched a new e-mail feature that is totally automated and integrates with the company's online insurance leads program. Agents can experiment with its functionality with a no-charge trial for one month.

"Email marketing studies have indicated that using automated email follow-ups can increase average insurance agent close rates with insurance leads by 10%. - Take complete control of the system and completely customize each message
- Assure prearranged email communications with each lead for up to 30 days
- Start emailing as soon as the InsuranceAgent.com lead generation program sends the lead to the agency

Pull-down menus for all functions are easy to use. The Follow-Up feature shows which messages have been opened and which recipients have withdrawn from the automated email stream.

The Templates tab allows easy manipulation of the copy in each e-mail and the rate at which emails are sent. Agencies receive a ready-to-go series of e-mails, but the timing as well as the content timing can be easily altered.

The Contacts tab allows the agency to control who receives e-mails. This is where the recipient's status is changed from "prospect" to "client" or even "do not call."

The History tab is used to monitor the status of each e-mail and its opening.

The Setting tab accesses billing information and electronic signatures customization.
