With Tracker I-9's automated email notifications, new employees receive a secure link to complete Section 1 of their I-9 form, as well as section two, online before they come into HR for document verification. User-friendly wizards and error-checking technology eliminates invalid entries to ensure compliance. Section 3 re-verification of re-hired employees is equally efficient. Tracker I-9 even enables remote hiring by sending a secure link to a faxable I-9 form that, once signed by a notary, becomes part of the employee's electronic record.
