Chattanooga Dentist Reaches Out to Patients Through Social Media

Dr. Charles Hooper, dentist in Chattanooga, is using Facebook to interact with his patients.

CHATTANOOGA, TN, June 14, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dr. Charles Hooper, Jr., dentist in Chattanooga, and the other dentists at East Brainerd Dentistry are using Facebook to reach out to their patients and enhance the dentist-patient relationship for patients of the family dentist in Chattanooga.

"I am very happy to be able to connect with our patients through the use of Facebook. Today, Facebook is one of the most popular tools for communication and I am excited that our practice is an active member. I hope all of our patients will take the time to "like" our Facebook page and interact with our page," said Dr. Hooper, Chattanooga cosmetic dentist.

Dr. Hooper and the staff at East Brainerd Dentistry use the Facebook page to post updates on the practice and helpful links to dental content. In addition, patients are free to post on the page's wall or comment on its statuses. This increased capacity for interaction between Dr. Hooper and his patients is one of the main reasons the Chattanooga, TN dentist decided to create a Facebook page.

Patients who want to learn more about Dr. Hooper and his practice are encouraged to visit East Brainerd Dentistry's comprehensive dental website. General office information such as office hours, location, staff bios and a full list of services provided. In addition, there is a section of the site where patients can leave reviews and an easy to use contact form where patients can send emails.

For new patients, there are downloadable forms that can be printed and filled out prior to the first appointment with Dr. Hooper. There are also easy to use turn-by-turn directions powered by Google Maps that ensure that patients can easily find the practice.

To schedule an appointment, patients can either call (432) 892-8169 or use the website's online appointment request form. To request an appointment, patients simply need to enter in the date and time that they want to come in for an appointment and the practice's scheduling coordinator will follow up shortly thereafter to confirm the appointment.
