Sompo Japan Insurance (China) Co.,Ltd has been selected for the second consecutive year as one of the 2011 GoldenBee CSR China Honor Roll companies at the 7th International CSR forum & ceremony.

Sompo Japan Insurance (China) Co.,Ltd (hereafter gSompo Japan Chinah Vice Chairman, President :Katsuhiko Ushiba) has been selected for the second consecutive year as one of the 2011 GoldenBee CSR China Honor Roll companies (hereafter gGoldenBee companiesh) at the 7th International CSR forum & ceremony (hosted by China WTO Tribune and the Sino-German CSR Project) held in Beijing on June 5th, 2012.1. The GoldenBee CSR China Honor Roll is a corporate social responsibility (CSR) evaluation program organized annually by China WTO Tribune, a magazine managed by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, with the goal of establishing CSR pioneering companies in China. Using the analogy of honeybees which symbolize the mode of sustainable development in China, the GoldenBee CSR China Honor Roll presents the honor of gGoldenBee enterprisesh to companies which have leading Chinese CSR development.
2. Recognition of Sompo Japan China
Sompo Japan China was the only insurance company selected among the -46 gGoldenBee companiesh ultimately nominated out of 348 Chinese companies, and was recognized to receive the gCustomer Focus Awardh for its exemplary performance in strengthening risk management among their achievements. The company is also noted in the compilation of case studies, the g2011 GoldenBee Responsible Competitiveness Best Practicesh.

3. Moving Forward
Sompo Japan China has issued a CSR Report for the first time in May 2011, and aims to further advance its CSR efforts through dialogue with stakeholders in China.
