Anaheim White House Debuts Prime Rib Fridays & Saturdays

10 oz Hand-Cut Beef Offered On Date Nights for $34.95

2012-08-09
LONG BEACH, CA, August 09, 2012 (Press-News.org) It used to be that prime rib could be found on nearly any menu of a fine dining establishment. Not so true today as the cost involved has sent restaurateurs spooked by the recession in other, less expensive directions. Now, the Anaheim White House has announced that prime rib will, once again, become a featured item on "date nights." Owner Bruno Serato said that on Friday and Saturdays only, the restaurant will serve 10 oz. cuts of the prime beef special, prepared and seasoned with onions, garlic, and fresh herbs, then oven roasted over a bed of rock salt. The dish will be paired with au jus and a serving of country mashed potatoes for $34.95.

"Prime rib -- a staple at fine dining establishments for many decades -- lost its way when the recession hit, but I wanted to bring it back in grand style," said Serato. "We're excited to announce its debut here at the Anaheim White House."

Situated in a historic national landmark mansion dating to 1909, the Anaheim White House restaurant offers a quixotic menu of northern Italian/French fare, extensive wine list, unparalleled service and an elegant setting to create a dining experience that is timeless, remarkable and without equal. Located at 887 South Anaheim Blvd., in Anaheim, Orange County. For more information, visit http://www.anaheimwhitehouse.com.
