FOLSOM, CA, September 27, 2012 (Press-News.org) Folsom fitness expert and owner of Superwomen Boot Camp (SWBC), Val Fujii, is proud to announce an expansion to service in El Dorado Hills. The boot camp will be held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30-6:30am and 9:00-10:00am inside Center Stage Dance Academy at 2203 Francisco Drive, #150. The first class will be held Monday, October 8th. To celebrate the new location, new members may attend the camp for two weeks for free.
This time period works great for working women to start their days with an energetic workout before heading to the office and for stay-at-home moms who want to finish their workouts while the kids are in school. "We've had pent up demand for Superwomen Boot Camp in El Dorado Hills," says Fujii. "We are so excited to be bringing our super effective, positive workouts to these women with certified trainer Shon Moore leading them. Shon's coaching style is energetic and positive, which fits with the Superwoman Boot Camp philosophy."
According to Fujii, Superwomen Boot Camp is not your typical 'hard core' boot camp - no one is going to yell in anyone's face or intimidate them. It is a positive, empowering program designed for women of all ages and fitness levels, where women receive personal training within a group setting. The training philosophy involves the use of multiple functional movements done in a circuit-training format for maximum fat loss and muscle toning. Only the most effective exercises are done, which is why participants see significantly faster and better results in only three weekly workouts. And no workout is ever the same, so no one gets bored. In addition to obtaining fabulous results, participants have fun and receive the support of other women who are looking to achieve the same goals and level of fitness.
Danica Ratcovich, a Folsom boot camper, says that Superwomen Boot Camp has changed her life. "I finally feel like I am achieving the results I have always strived for and I get to do it in an incredibly supportive and fun environment. I have made great friends at SWBC and am so thankful. SWBC has provided me with the tools to live the lifestyle I have dreamed of: healthy, active and fun!"
The cost for Superwomen Boot Camp is just $99 per month, which equates to only $8.25 per camp if attended regularly three times per week; an unheard of value in the healthcare industry. The membership includes a nutritional plan for a complete health and fitness plan. "I've made Superwomen Boot Camp affordable for all women. It is a great value because participants receive the benefit of a personal trainer, the energy of a group fitness class and the expertise of a nutritionist at a very reasonable cost," adds Fujii.
