The Talk of the Town Awards honor those companies and professionals in the United States and Canada that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks and business-rating services. Celebration Media, a leader in providing businesses with strategies for improving customer service, has tripled its research staff and the dedicated team of researchers spend more than 18,000 hours analyzing customer experiences and rating each company or professional using its star rating system, CMUS Power Ratings , to determine the award winners. Only those businesses with enough positive feedback, scores, awards and accolades to reach a 4-star to 5-star rating will win the award.
The 2013 winners will be announced throughout the year as calculations are completed and the new ratings and scores are posted. A searchable database is available at www.talkofthetownnews.com, including information on current and past winners. Companies can be located by name or region.
The Talk of the Town Awards website also includes information about marketing packages available to help winning businesses promote their award. This year a new option includes company profiles with reprints that serve as credible, third-party marketing materials.
