CAI Announces March 2013 Training Seminars And Development Programs In Raleigh

Local HR Management Firm Offers Comprehensive Training Courses For Triangle Business Professionals

-"Fundamentals of Supervision Certification Program" is a two-day program designed to help first-time supervisors and managers establish a strong foundation for supervisory success. During the course, attendees will learn how to define their roles as supervisors, avoid common pitfalls as new supervisors, delegate tasks, effectively deliver messages to varying communication styles, apply a model to successfully manage conflict and identify strategies to motivate employees. -"Essentials of HR Certification Program" is a three-day course in which participants will discover the fundamental regulatory and compliance knowledge needed to establish a solid human resources foundation. During the course, participants will learn to communicate performance standards and expectations, develop harassment and discrimination policies, and understand key legislation affecting employee rights. -"PHR/SPHR Certification Study Course" is a study course that will prepare participants for the PHR and SPHR certification exams. -"Interviewing for Success" is a three-hour course designed to help new and experienced managers and supervisors master the interviewing process. Participants will learn to avoid common interviewing errors and develop effective interview questions to ensure the hiring of candidates that will be most successful in their new jobs. At the end of the course, participants will be able to identify the four steps in a successful interview process, understand the importance of asking behavioral interview questions, develop questions for an effective interview, identify appropriate probing questions and develop strategies for handling difficult candidate responses. -"Managing Problem Performance" is a half-day course in which participants will discover strategies and tools to effectively handle problem employee performance.
