Hill, Chesson & Woody Names W. Hunter Walton Consultant

New Hire Joins Health & Welfare Benefits Firm To Assist And Guide Clients With Benefit Strategies

DURHAM, NC, March 06, 2013 (Press-News.org) Chesson & Woody (HCW) (http://www.hcwbenefits.com), a health and welfare benefits brokerage and consulting firm that designs, manages and implements employee benefit programs, has announced that the firm has named W. Hunter Walton as a consultant. In this role, Walton will help guide clients through the process of developing a benefit strategy that is tailored to their individual needs.

Prior to joining HCW, Walton worked as a health policy staffer in the U.S. Congress. Additionally, he served as the senior vice president for federal relations for the Alabama Hospital Association and worked for the Mitt Romney presidential campaign in 2012.

Walton graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, and he received his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Ala. A native of Birmingham, Walton resides in Chapel Hill, N.C., with his wife.
