ELLICOTT CITY, MD, May 12, 2013 (Press-News.org) Experienced cosmetic dentist in Ellicott City, Dr. Ray Becker, is highly qualified to provide Invisalign's clear aligners for his patients. He earned Invisalign Preferred Provider status, a national recognition that can only be achieved by completing continuing education and a proven level of case experience with Invisalign products.
The pioneer in invisible braces, Invisalign carefully selects which dentists will be their Preferred Providers every year. Dr. Ray Becker earned this status based on his successful history of Invisalign treatment and commitment to continually completing Invisalign training, thus qualifying him as one of the most experienced Ellicott City cosmetic dentist.
Dr. Becker, dentist in Columbia, MD, delivers a superior smile experience to patients with crowded, gapped or misaligned teeth. Unlike traditional braces with wires or metal brackets, the Invisalign system uses a series of clear, removable aligners to gradually move teeth into their desired position over the course of treatment. Patients can easily remove the Invisalign trays for everyday activities like eating or brushing teeth without suffering social embarrassment. Most Invisalign total treatment time averages between 9 and15 months, and both teens and adults can benefit from the Invisalign treatment.
"Exceptional smiles are achieved when experience is combined with cutting-edge technology. Invisalign eliminates the discomfort and social stresses that are often associated with traditional braces. It's a remarkable product that has transformed many of my patients' smiles," said Dr. Ray Becker, family dentist in Columbia, MD.
A highly regarded and sought after international lecturer, Dr. Becker also provides information on CEREC and has been on the developmental team of Sirona, which is the manufacturer of CEREC, to develop the next generation of CAD/CIM technology since 2003. He was one of the original users of CEREC in the entire United States and the first in Maryland, having used the system since 1991.
Recently, Dr. Becker even took on the role as the sole international interpretation and certifying instructor for the Total BioPAK system. This system includes the Tscan 3 System from TekScan which analyzes the bite far more accurately than with "carbon paper" alone. He is one of the few dentists in the area using these advanced technologies for better diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of uncomfortable bites, restorations, occlusion, or temporomandibular dysfunction issues.
Dr. Becker, dentist in Ellicott City, offers Invisalign as well as other custom treatment plans at his dental office for improved dental care for his patients of all ages.
