TrakLok Corporation and Telesensors, Inc., are proud to announce that they have completed a merger that will strengthen the sales and development of their next generation locking and visibility product to the Logistics market. Both companies are based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and have been working together on developing electronic components and wireless sensor systems for TrakLok Corporation's GeoLok . The merger will blend the already robust capabilities of both organizations to provide physical security and global visibility for highly mobile cargo and containers in a flexible security, tracking, and monitoring platform, which increases both homeland security and operational efficiency.
The merger, completed in mid-August, unites a security and visibility focused company with a wireless sensor company with TrakLok Corporation as the surviving entity.
