SPRINGVILLE, UT, September 01, 2010 (Press-News.org) The Trivani Foundation, a Utah based non-profit organization, has provided hundreds of dollars in bicycles for students in Cambodia in order to allow better transportation to and from school. Transportation is needed to allow students in rural areas to attend school in order to better their lives through education.
The Trivani Foundation and their partners are currently working in a rural area of Cambodia, where the closest school is approximately three hours away. Bicycles allow students to obtain an education, and free some of their time to allow for studying and family responsibilities.
"It is so moving to know that these kids have a chance to do what they want to do in their lives," said Customer Support Manager, Evan Caldwell, when asked about the Trivani Foundation. "and they would not have had that chance otherwise."
The Trivani Foundation and its projects including providing bicycles to students in Cambodia are funded by their sister company Trivani International, where 10% of profits are given directly to the organization. In addition, Trivani International works with partners such as Choice Humanitarian and Deseret International to help those in impoverished countries. Trivani International was created for the purpose of funding their non-profit organization the Trivani Foundation.
Donations for the Trivani Foundation's projects including providing bicycles for students in Cambodia will be gratefully accepted and will be given tax receipts.
