Ruben Seetharamdoo's "Unleash the Alchemist Within" embodies a logical approach. It is called Neuro-linguistic programming training. NLP links three elements involved in human experience. Neurology, language and programming. Those three are the keys in making a successful person. NLP aims to educate people in self-awareness, effective communication and situation management. If one is confident in his abilities, can talk to anybody effectively and knows how to handle every circumstance, his potential is unlimited!

The three-day event is held by Mr. Seetharamdoo himself, executive coach and leadership consultant. He grew up in Mauritius where he graduated from his first degree in Chemistry at the University of Delhi. While at the university, he developed a strong urge for self-development. This urge has made Mr. Seetharamdoo to study and master subjects such as Hynopsis and Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Dale Carnegie Principles, Human Resource Development and Mind Power Courses. He began pursuing additional studies when he moved to the UK focusing on human behaviour and the healthcare industry at Master's level. Being not satisfied, he completed a postgraduate degree in coaching and mentoring practice from Oxford Brookes University and since then he has been able to help change heaps of people's lives. Because of his hard work and dedication, he was awarded a PhD in Metaphysics and has doctoral graduate credits in Psychology from the North Central University in the USA.
