The new model has primarily been equipped with stronger processors and increased storage to meet the demands of the latest IP cameras with a resolution of one or more mega-pixel. The cameras require more computing power as well as more disk space, which are both available with the new model line.

A new care package is now offering new additional services. The warranty for hard drives can be extended to three years. An included express exchange ensures an accelerated handling of guarantee cases and thus optimizes the availability of the system in case of the event of technical problems.
Delivery within 24 hours and pre-configuration of the systems are still an integral part of the C-MOR offer, as well as support by a personal contact during particularly sensitive surveillance matters.
