AMSTERDAM, NY, April 26, 2011 (Press-News.org) Guang Huan Mi Zong has just completed its first 3-day Maha Meditation class on meditation, mental, physical, and spiritual self cultivation on April 16th, 17th, and 18th at its headquarters, the Five World Buddhas Temple in Amsterdam, New York. This class brought people from all walks of life and from all around the world to learn how to restore their health, find relaxation and happiness, and increase their wisdom.
In the 3 day class, participants receive instruction in the theories and practice of health, happiness, and meditation. They learn the cause and effect of human actions and intentions, and the importance of cultivating compassion, and good deeds benefiting others as the foundation of their meditation practice.
