• Add campaign members to marketing activities - Every lead or contact that is part of a campaign becomes a campaign member, so users can better track marketing efforts.
• Track customer support tickets - Integration with Zoho Support, the online help desk software, lets Zoho CRM users view the threads of customers' support tickets.
• Manage Zoho Projects - Integration with Zoho Projects, the online project management software, lets Zoho CRM users create portals, add projects and projects users, and more.
• Create email templates via WYSIWYG - A new WYSIWYG editor simplifies the creation of email templates, eliminating the need to edit HTML code to add images.
• Back up email accounts of deactivated users
• Report on an unlimited number of records
• Create up to 30 workflow rules per module
• Support for Russian language
• Add record owner's information in mail merge
Zoho Docs, the company's online document management application, has been updated to support the iPad. Zoho Docs is now a universal app that works on iPhone and iPod touch as well as the iPad. Features include support for:
• File viewing - Zoho Docs users can view documents, spreadsheets, presentations and other supported files on their iPads.
• File sharing - Users can also share files with different permissions within Zoho Docs.
• Retina Display - For iPhone 4 users, Zoho Docs has been optimized to display at that device's 960-by-640-pixel resolution.
Zoho Mail, the company's hosted mail for businesses, evolves as a feature-rich business email service that marries the rich functionality of desktop email clients with the fast, no-hassle convenience of web-based email. Highlights include:
• Robust web UI - Zoho Mail gives users a variety of tools for organizing and accessing their email, including folders, labels, flags, rules, filters, search, and instant chat.
• Optimized mobile web interface - Users gain anywhere, anytime access to the email via iPhone, Android, Blackberry and other mobile devices.
• Integrated apps, synched email - Zoho Mail includes integrated Calendar, Tasks, Notes and Contacts apps. It also synchronizes with desktop email clients via POP and IMAP.
• Powerful Control Panel - Users can define email policies, create and manage groups and group-related policies, set up customized email addresses and more.
Zoho Recruit, the company's applicant tracking system, now offers users the following new features:
• Resume Inbox - Thanks to an RChilli integration, Resume Inbox automatically parses resumes from email attachments, transferring candidate details directly into Zoho Recruit.
