Vybrant Brings In New Key player, Bernadette Rogers, to Boost Delivery of its Talent and Leadership Programmes in UK and Europe

BERKSHIRE, ENGLAND, May 15, 2011 (Press-News.org) She will use her deep knowledge of resourcing and learning and development (L&D) design and delivery to grow and develop Vybrant's pool of expert associates, and smoothly manage major leadership and talent programmes for blue-chip clients across the UK and Europe.

Bernadette, from Hungerford, has been in the 'hot seat' inside a number of organisations developing and running large scale change and development programmes. She has specialist skills in designing and delivering training and induction programmes; providing recruitment solutions; management assessment, and advanced coaching.

She joins Vybrant from The National Science Museum, where she was Learning and Development Consultant. Her responsibilities included providing consultancy to senior management teams across the organisation, analysing training needs and evaluating training, team and organisational development, and career and professional coaching.

Bernadette is already working on a flagship leadership development programme for a major Vybrant client, resourcing the roll-out of an organisation-wide performance management programme for another, and will lead on the outsourcing of a large-scale talent programme to Vybrant later this year.

Prior to The National Science Museum, Bernadette worked for the Food Standards Agency, the NHS, The British Red Cross and House of Fraser.
