Revizzit Announces New Sales and Streaming Platform for the Digital Media Industry
2012-08-08
PASADENA, CA, August 08, 2012 (Press-News.org) Revizzit, L.L.C. just announced the introduction of its new sales and streaming platform for the digital media industry. The PaaS (platform as a service) gives small businesses and individuals the ability to easily produce, sell and stream digital content without the fear of piracy.

The $4 billion digital goods business has been fraught with problems. Setting up products for sales online has required substantial technical skills, making it difficult for many entrepreneurs to get started in business. Revizzit allows anyone to create a product simply by uploading PDF documents to its web-based Revizzit Studio and selecting the sales tools typically reserved for big companies, such as sales bundles, subscription or single item pricing, promotion launch and completion dates and drip content among other features. Products are then displayed in the Revizzit player which plays eBooks, video, web sites, interactive software and audio.

Additionally, through its proprietary set of anti-piracy technologies, content owners can feel secure that their products will not be stolen and given away for free. According to Sandvine, over 17% of all internet traffic is file sharing or piracy. Revizzit streaming product delivery, white list, black list, a unique finger printing among other technologies protects content from all the common forms of piracy, without making consumers jump through hoops to enjoy products they've purchased.

According to Nicholas Night, Co-founder and CEO, "I'm a content creator and know the pain of having someone steal the products I worked so hard on. We created Revizzit to solve the problems that were eating away the profit margins of digital content creators. If Revizzit helps just one small business be more successful, we'll have done our jobs."

"We chose Revizzit to deliver content to Neil Strauss's high-level personal growth and development organization, The Society. It's easy to put up content, and easy for our members to access that content wherever they are in the world. It's the only system we found that gave us confidence that our members -- and only our members -- are accessing our content." Morgan Drmaj, Vice President, The Society International.

The Revizzit Player is an Adobe Air product that allows consumers to access their content anytime, anywhere and works on all PC and Mac computers. The web-based Revizzit Studio enables content owners and creators to easily produce, edit, and set the sales parameters for their products. Producers can try the Revizzit Studio for free, producing fully functional products. The Studio comes with a comprehensive video-based training course. The Revizzit player is always free, and comes with a free Guitar Course, "Speak Guitar" Both products are available at Revizzit.com.

Revizzit is the platform for exclusive digital content. The Revizzit Platform consists of the Revizzit Studio which allows content creators to easily produce, sell and securely stream digital content without the fear of piracy and the Revizzit Player, which allows consumers to safely store their products in the cloud and to access their content anytime, anywhere.
