BRIGHTON, ENGLAND, December 01, 2012 (Press-News.org) Leading Brighton-based digital marketing agency SiteVisibility has completed a two-year Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with the University of Brighton. This collaboration allowed the partnership to provide scalable, robust business systems and introduce internationally recognised quality standards within the company. This has significantly improved SiteVisibility's position in bidding for major contracts with multi-national customers.
KTP is a leading knowledge transfer programme, designed for universities, colleges and research organisations to bring their experience to enhance businesses and to increase the business relevance of their research and teaching. As a result of the KTP, SiteVisibility achieved a 22% increase in turnover and a 25% increase in productivity by the end of the two-year project timeline.
By carefully mapping processes throughout the company, SiteVisibility also identified key performance indicators and individual responsibilities for managing and reviewing performance. To the end, the digital marketing agency witnessed an increase in customer satisfaction and a culture of efficient operations throughout the company.
Underpinning its reputation for providing high-quality service to its clients, SiteVisibility also became ISO 9001:2008 accredited following a project devised with the KTP. The accreditation was further recognition of the company's longstanding commitment to the development of its business through continuous improvement of its business processes and people. A British Standards Institute (BSi) auditor commented that it was one of the 'tightest' Quality Management Systems that he had encountered.
For the past eight years SiteVisibility has also sponsored the University of Brighton's "Best Digital Media Student" award where the agency's CEO, Jason Woodford, presents the winner with a GBP100 cheque and a the SiteVisibility trophy. The agency sponsors the Digital Media course throughout the year which culminates in the awards ceremony which honours the top 40-50 students in the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics.
Jason Woodford, SiteVisibility CEO comments: "Our collaboration with the University through this KTP has given us strong operational foundations for growing our business, and has had a demonstrable positive impact on our turnover, productivity and ability to win larger, more prestigious contracts. I recommend the KTP programme to all marketing agency owners."
SiteVisibility brings a team of SEO, PPC, social media, strategy, technical and R&D specialists together to create flexible, future-proof and truly integrated digital marketing campaigns that deliver better results from sensible budgets. For more information visit www.sitevisibility.co.uk.
