PryMarke, LLC Appoints New CEO

Dr. Salih Yildiz is a specialist in marketing and production management

LINDEN, MI, November 30, 2012 (Press-News.org) Today the new Chairman of PryMarke, LLC, Bryan Christiansen, announced the appointment of Dr. Salih Yildiz as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Michigan-based firm. Dr. Yildiz is an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the Department of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Gumushane University in Turkey who replaces Christiansen immediately.

A specialist in marketing and production management, Dr. Yildiz graduated from Karadeniz Technical University in Trabzon, Turkey in 2011 and teaches a variety of subjects at Gumushane University such as Electronic Marketing and Consumer Behavior. He is fluent in English and Turkish, and has published several articles in Turkish professional journals.

"Dr. Yildiz is an excellent addition to the PryMarke team," said Christiansen, who founded the company in 2004. "His background in marketing fits in perfectly with PryMarke's mission and its clients", continued Christiansen, who was also a Senior Lecturer at Gumushane University until November of this year.

As the new CEO, Dr. Yildiz will oversee major consulting engagements which require extensive marketing analytics.

Christiansen, the new Chairman, has 27 years' international business experience with Fortune 1000 in 38 countries, and is highly fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish. He is an MBA graduate of Capella University in the USA, and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of the State of New York. He will earn his Doctor of Business Administration degree in International Business from Walden University in 2013. The company's president, Dr. Muslum Basilgan, was appointed last September and is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Uludag University in Turkey who specializes in Game Theory and Developmental Economics.

Originally established by Christiansen in Georgia, USA in 2004 as a global marketing and trade optimization consultancy, PryMarke, LLC is now based in Michigan, USA. PryMarke's first client was Banco Nacional in Costa Rica to optimize its marketing and other systems to conform with the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA). Other projects have included management consulting to enhance the operations of a Turkish university, establishing a university-industry collaboration program to bolster the performance of middle-sized Turkish companies, introducing higher profit-margin industries into the Turkish economy for sustainable growth, and providing alternative energy solutions to Bulgaria.

The firm has a Regional office in Istanbul, Turkey and plans satellite offices in Hungary, Poland, and the Ukraine in 2013.
