Kids Fun Expo: A Gathering of Leading Toy Brands

The third China Toys & Animation Educational Expo, also named Kids Fun Expo, ended successfully in July 22 in China National Convention Center Beijing.

BEIJING, CHINA, August 13, 2012

The third China Toys & Animation Educational Expo, also named Kids Fun Expo, ended successfully in July 22 in China National Convention Center Beijing. As the only customer experience theme event for all range of toy products in mainland China, this 4-day expo attracted over 106,000 visitors, mostly parents, children, toy lovers and consumers. Over 200 leading brands from more than 30 countries and regions participated in the annual event.

Hosted by China Toy & Juvenile Products Association (TJPA), Kids Fun Expo is a widely recognized educational event in toys, animation, and juvenile products industry in China held in July each year. The expo well connected businesses with consumers, by a series of well-planned interactive activities to help parents and kids better understand the meanings, importance and secret behind toys, juvenile products and play.

Each year, an increasing number of famous international toy brands are attracted to exhibit and showcase their products on the event. It provide them an easy way to showcase products, enhance brand image & culture, get customers feedbacks, understand Chinese consumers from interactive activities, and learn about local market.

In 2012, over 200 international toy brands including Hasbro, LEGO, SIKU, Schleich, Hape, TAKARA TOMY, Bachmann, PlentyPlay, Beleduc, PlayDoh, Silverlit and LaQ etc, and leading Chinese domestic brands such as Xinghui, Alpha, Kurhn, Muwan, Kayee and Lungcheong etc have made their appearance on the expo.

¡°This is a really great event for brand promotion in China. We¡¯ve exhibited for 3 years. Each year the visitor number is growing. Now we receive about 1,000 families each day¡±, Wangyan, manager of Hape International (Ningbo) Ltd said during the event.

Themed on amusement, competition, animation, and family activity, Kids Fun Expo gained much attention from Chinese parents, consumers, professionals and media since its first opening in 2010. Over 106,000 consumers paid their visits and more than 1,00 leading Chinese medias, including TV, radio, newspapers, magazines and website etc have reported the event this year. It is acknowledged by parents as the idealist place to meet largest number of unique toys, learn toy brands & products, play with other children, and join in the fun family activities organized by event organizer and exhibitors.

Mengli Yang, a 5-year-old boy¡¯s mother, said, ¡°I bought many toys for my son before, and on our past experience, we could hardly try on the toys on the site. Kids Fun Expo gives us the chances to try different toys and play with other families. Also on the event, I get to know more great toy brands, understand their products, and learn about products¡¯ features, design and functions. It is a great experience.¡±
