Seabreeze Management Proudly Serves as Title Sponsor of Mission Hospital's 17th Annual Valiant Women Luncheon

Leading Community Association Management Firm Underwrites $25,000 in Sponsorship for Second Year in a Row

2013-03-08
TUSTIN, CA, March 08, 2013 (Press-News.org) Seabreeze Management Company, a leading community association management firm in Orange, Los Angeles and San Diego Counties, proudly announces its title sponsorship of Mission Hospital's 17th Annual Valiant Women Luncheon on March 21 at the St. Regis Monarch Beach.

Seabreeze, a 25-year-old company dedicated to top quality property management services, has generously underwritten $25,000 for the organization for the second year. Lisa Dale, CEO of Seabreeze, said that last year's event raised nearly $200,000 and her goal is to exceed last year's success.

The funds raised at the Valiant Women Luncheon support enhancements at Mission Womens Wellness Center, Mission Maternity Center and advanced nursing education/scholarships for Mission's Nursing Center of Excellence.

"We are very proud to have a passionate businesswoman and philanthropist such as Lisa Dale involved with Valiant Women and spearheading our fundraising efforts again this year," said Kenneth D. McFarland, President and CEO of Mission Hospital. "Her spirit of giving inspires others to also join our family of donors who have a heart for helping others and supporting excellent patient care in our community."

Dale has been a longstanding supporter of Mission Hospital. Over the past 23 years, she has been involved in many year-round philanthropic efforts, yet she holds the Valiant Women initiative closest to her heart.

"While I ultimately selected property management as my profession and have enjoyed 25 years leading Seabreeze, I began my college days as a pre-med student and always was interested in the field of medicine," explains Dale. "I've also seen almost everyone in my life be touched by Mission Hospital and I recognize the value in superior healthcare and the importance of advanced education, especially when it comes to our nurses."

Dale added, "I am dedicated to Mission Hospital's Valiant Women program because of the high standards it sets for service and expertise in healthcare facilities, as well as the ongoing investment it makes in its nursing staff."

As part of its title sponsorship this year, Dale and her company are donating funds and volunteer service to make this year's event a bigger success. Dale has been actively involved with all aspects of the event.

Mission Hospital, with campuses in Mission Viejo and Laguna Beach, is one of 393 hospitals in the country to be recognized by the Magnet Hospital Recognition Program for Excellence in Nursing Services, ranking it in the top six percent nationwide. It is also the recipient of 17 Circle of Excellence Awards from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. The acute care, full-service facility ensures that 100 percent of its nursing leaders hold national board certification. In addition, 52 percent of registered nurses hold national board certification and 62 percent of nursing leaders hold graduate degrees. Funds raised from events such as the Valiant Women Luncheon ensure that Mission Hospital's staff and facility receive ongoing top quality training and development.
