TAMPA, FL, March 08, 2013 (Press-News.org) World of Beer (WOB) Westchase & Sarasota, two thriving beer-centric taverns boasting an extensive collection of brews from around the globe, will debut the installment of beer 'fusion towers' in both locations as a celebration of Tampa Bay Beer Week.
These fusion towers grant beer-drinkers the ability to infuse their drink with a multitude of flavors, including fruit, malt, spices, and oak. While other infusers may subject the beer to trauma in the process, the fusion tower uses a special patent-pending process that does not sacrifice the carbonation of the beer, but instead adds a greater depth of flavor.
Dung To, Manager of World of Beer Westchase, is very grateful for the opportunity to utilize the fusion tower and foresees it being a success during Tampa Bay Beer Week. "It's perfect for us to show our creativity as we will be using it to infuse different beers all week."
Manager of World of Beer Sarasota, Josh Jones, agrees, stating, "I'm really excited that the fusion tower will be a part of World of Beer Sarasota; it will allow us to add our own personal touch to an already wonderful beer."
Both managers have been preparing for Tampa Bay Beer Week extensively, and will use these fusion towers to celebrate the second year of this popular event. In addition to the Westchase and Sarasota locations, World of Beer will be participating in Tampa Bay Beer Week at their locations in South Tampa, Downtown St. Petersburg, Carrollwood, Land O' Lakes, and Tampa Palms. Different events will occur at each location throughout the week.
In addition to Tampa Bay Beer Week, Tampa-area residents have something to be excited about; World of Beer Brandon will debut later this month at Providence Lakes, near Kohl's and LA Fitness.
