Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc, Phi Zeta Zeta Chapter and Omicron Alpha Chapter Honors Leaders Instrumental in Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts

JAMAICA, NY, March 08, 2013 (Press-News.org) The women of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Phi Zeta Zeta Chapter and Omicron Alpha Chapter will honor community leaders that have been instrumental in organizing Hurricane Sandy relief efforts at their 6th Annual Finer Womanhood Scholarship Luncheon. The event will be held on March 23, 2013 at 12p - St. John's University, D'Angelo Ballroom. It has been nearly four months since Hurricane Sandy devastated portions of the Queens, NY community. This luncheon will serve as a meaningful way for both chapters to applaud the efforts of the honorees and as a reminder that there is still work to be done.

Phi Zeta Zeta chapter will also present two High School Seniors with college scholarships.

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc - Omicron Alpha (Undergraduate) Chapter was chartered on June 14, 1965 and covers Queens College, York College, and St. John's University.
