LONDON, ENGLAND, June 26, 2013 (Press-News.org) Last month, health minister Dan Poulter announced a series of measures that will aim to improve the training and education of NHS staff. The measures were published in the government's mandate to Health Education England, which has been set up to give a new focus on the importance of training and education and will be accountable to ministers for delivering the objectives set out in the document.
GHP Ltd has grown to be one of the UK's foremost providers of healthcare mandatory training and is delighted that the government has finally recognised that in order to look after people with complex medical needs and often multiple health conditions, healthcare professionals need to be equipped with the right skills, values and knowledge to provide the best care.

Ms. Tennedero explains "We welcome the government's announcement to invest in Health Education England, which we believe will be uniquely placed to bring great improvements in patient care through education and training. Global Health Professionals Ltd aspires to help improve the skill sets of Doctors, Midwives and Charge Nurses/Sisters through our mandatory training courses."
The mandate will cover two years and contains six broad themes, including: support for service priorities, NHS values and behaviours, excellent education, competent and capable staff, working in partnership and value for money. GHP Ltd has recognised that the NHS organisations have an obligation to ensure the delivery of high quality and appropriate training, which will satisfy compulsory, statutory requirements, to limit risk and maintain safe working practice. It has therefore designed and will deliver new training courses in SE1 through classroom based training with practical sessions that will cover a range of topics.
With the NHS rapidly changing every day, and people living longer with increasing complicated health needs, it is imperative that NHS staff are given the knowledge and tools needed to provide the best care for all patients. Innovative training, such as the new courses offered by GHP Ltd, will lead to better working between healthcare professionals, and ultimately better care for the public.
