'The Source For Change' Start-up Opens at Fountains Center in Boca Raton

Stress release technique practitioner is one of newest medical-industry tenants to lease space at the office and retail park located in the heart of Boca Raton.

2012-08-10
BOCA RATON, FL, August 10, 2012 (Press-News.org) The Source For Change, LLC is now occupying an executive suite at the Fountains Center office and retail park in Boca Raton. The new company, which offers a stress release technique known as Faster EFT, leased out Suite 301-29 at 7100 West Camino Real this summer.

Ayal Frist with the Boca Raton-based commercial real estate brokerage firm Stateland Brown represented both the landlord, Boca Medical Plaza, LLC, and the tenant in facilitating the lease agreement.

Faster EFT Practitioner Suzanne Biddiscombe, M.A., who is providing the technique at Fountains Center, said she became aware of Fountains Center from another tenant (a chiropractor) and selected it as the location for her start-up services. "My goal is to reach many people within the Boca Raton community in order to provide them with immediate stress release and assistance with overcoming problems they may have had for years. Fountains Center is an ideal location and easily accessible to my clients."

"FasterEFT (Emotionally Focused Transformations) is a collection of processes that understand how people have problems. It addresses the entire mind/body system, particularly how people think, how they process thought, and how the body responds," she explained. "It is proven effective in releasing some chronic pain conditions, addictions, anxiety, stress, weight issues, traumas, and painful memories. FasterEFT can also help with relationships, getting over procrastination and fear of failure, as well as enhance creativity, and improve study skills and work performance."

Biddiscombe added, "This powerful technique allows change to occur naturally by breaking the physical response to stress and allowing the body to give positive feedback to the mind. This transforms negative states into positive ones."

Hours of operation for The Source For Change are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

The 7100 building is one of seven buildings at Fountains Center. The centerpiece of the mixed-use complex is its lush garden courtyard with multiple water features, footbridges, walkways and outdoor seating areas.
