SEVERVILLE, TN, August 10, 2012 (Press-News.org) Travel RCI, a premier travel club (also known as a vacation license), has officially changed its name to Vacation Experts International. This change was made as part of the company's ongoing efforts to improve brand recognition and reduce confusion in the marketplace where so many travel clubs use the term "Travel" in their name.
Kelly Williams (Director of Operations) was asked about the name change and said "One of the things we care most about is making sure that our members are getting the maximum value out of their membership. We continually work to improve our customer service, travel options and the level of discounts we are able to provide our members. As part of this effort we hired an external company to help us better understand the things that would help both our current and future members.
One of the things we discovered was that our company name was not an accurate reflection of who we are and what we do. The name "Travel RCI" was very generic and does not serve as a reminder that when you are ready to take a vacation, we have the staff and expertise to make sure you get the vacation you want at the best price possible. That is why we are pleased to announce that we have changed our name to Vacation Experts International!"
Vacation Experts international has also launched a new a new website at http://www.vacationvision.com and opened a new Facebook page which can be found at http://www.facebook.com/VacationExpertsInternational.
