New Austin Fitness Boot Camp Offers Unique Workout Experience In Wells Branch

Fighting Fit of Austin provides a personal training experience by focusing on small group fitness training classes that are designed to get the maximum results in the minimal amount of time.

2011-03-30
AUSTIN, TX, March 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) North Austin residents are in for a real surprise when they walk into Fighting Fit Boot Camp of Austin, TX. There are no machines, treadmills, Olympic weight-lifting racks, or exercise bikes. While this may not meet the expectations of what most people think of when they picture a fitness studio, it suits owner Mike Massie just fine.

"Our goal is to provide a personal training experience without the personal trainer price. We accomplish this by focusing on small group fitness training classes that are designed to get the maximum results for our clients in the minimal amount of time," says Coach Massie, as he is known by his clients.

"The fact is, people fail with traditional gyms not because of a lack of will power, but because the traditional gym approach to fitness is flawed. We get results by focusing on the client, and not by relying on expensive equipment or selling people on fitness fads and gimmicks. And it works."

To prove his point, Coach Massie points out that he's had clients in his small group fitness classes who stay with him for years. "They stay not only because they get results, but also because we make working out fun. There's nothing worse than a boring workout in a boring gym with a boring fitness instructor. But, there's nothing boring about Fighting Fit. It's high-energy from the time we start to the end of every class. Our clients love it."

Classes at Fighting Fit Boot Camp of Austin start on April 4th, 2011, and the studio is currently offering new members two weeks free and $50 off memberships as part of their grand opening promotion. The studio is located in the Bratton Square shopping center at the corner of Bratton Lane and Merrilltown in Wells Branch.

Anyone interested in taking Fighting Fit of Austin boot camp classes should call 512-670-9333. More information about Coach Massie's Austin boot camp classes and kickboxing classes can be found at http://fitnessbootcampaustin.com
