VAZARI VILLA Pushed the Door Wide Open to a New Extraordinary Art Project

On November 28, 2012, VAZARI VILLA pushed the door wide open to a new extraordinary art project.

2012-12-06
MUNICH, GERMANY, December 06, 2012 (Press-News.org) The private viewing was dedicated to presentation of works of a famous photographer Vladimir Glynin and Tatiana Butenko, who performed as an art director of the project.

Twelve works of the NEW project were indeed a reconceptualization of painting traditions of the classical art in the framework of present-day perception. By titling their pictures 'NEW', Vladimir Glynin and Tatiana Butenko emphasized not only their innovative approach, but also pointed out the underneath meaning - the nakedness - "nude" figures, which form the basis of all visual images, printed in different formats and sizes on a glass using the modern plasticization technique.

The chamber preview of the project was held in the elegant and sleek interior of VAZARI VILLA. Huge easels supporting the pictures were exhibited in a dark labyrinth-shaped room, illuminated by beams of light, as if they were snatched from the darkness. Shining images showed through the darkness in a highly attractive way, boggling imagination by their inner glow and pure beauty.

The visitors could see selected works, each exists in a single copy, signed by the author. All 12 works were accompanied by texts with the analysis of the theme of nakedness in the art. The texts written by art critic O. Averyanova have also been published as a limited collector's edition, which one could become familiar with only if wearing white gloves and opening a leather enclosure.

Jewelry items used for the creation of this series of pictures were arranged as a separate exhibition.

Foods and drinks were also served in the style of minimalism - champagne and vodka drowned in icy snowdrifts, caviar and cloved pomegranates.

The huge burning fireplace and music in the style of Minimal Techno tinctured some subtlety to the visual perception.
On December 5, the NEW project will be presented in Almaty.

Guests: Tatiana and Oleg Butenko, Vladimir Glynin, Yevgeniya Khaldey, Lydia Alexandrova, Anton Wiener, Yelena Kozyreva, Natalia Shkulyova, Vladimir Frolov, Irina Azarova, Anzhela Khan, Yuliya Kosova, Marina Molodykh, Viktoriya Aminova with her daughter, Monica Radicatti, Anne Jackson-Stephens and Viktor Myznikov, Yekaterina Polozova, Nadezhda Tymoshenko, Igor Chapurin.
