Network Rail's GBP37 Billion Investment Welcomed by Rail Engineering Specialist Rowe Hankins

BURY, ENGLAND, January 26, 2013 (Press-News.org) Network Rail's announcement of a GBP37.5 billion investment to upgrade the rolling stock and network has been enthusiastically welcomed by rail systems engineers, Rowe Hankins.
