Macrotron provides ultrasonic welding for solar inverter modules housed in Valox 3900 plastic. The solar inverter module is attached to the solar panel and must be sealed against the elements (sun, rain, wind and snow) and extreme temperatures. First the electronics are encapsulated in a potting compound and the initial seal of the circuits. Then the case is hermetically sealed using ultrasonic welders at Macrotron.
