PHILADELPHIA, PA, May 17, 2013 (Press-News.org) Kevin Lee Coe Sacramento resident, has discovered a lot of great opportunities in the world of travel. Having visited more than 30 countries, Coe has not only learned how to travel, but also how many diverse cultures and experiences the world has to offer. In addition, he is the Vice President and COO of Florida International Homes--a firm that specializes in vacation rentals in the Orlando area. With these experiences, Coe has developed a significant impression of the travel industry and how it has changed over the years.
In regards to the subject of change, a recent article from USA Today provides a list of the top 10 watershed shifts in travel that have occurred over the past decade. From failing infrastructures to environmental concerns, the list focuses on many issues that have changed the way consumers experience vacations. According to Kevin Lee Coe of Sacramento, many of the author's observations may lead travelers to think that the vacation market is one full of high costs and negative experiences; however, having firsthand industry experience, Coe asserts that "travel is alive and well throughout the globe."
One issue that struck Coe was the mention of price. The article states, "From airlines to cruise lines to hotels to rental cars, today the final price almost always comes with add-ons. In fact, it's hard to find a bigger game-changer for travelers than the way in which they're being billed. The term "bottom-line price" has become more and more elusive since Spirit Airlines opened the floodgates with a domestic fee for first checked bags back in 2007."
Kevin Lee Coe, Sacramento travel expert, comments, "While surprise fees have often led to customer dissatisfaction in multiple markets, it is unfair to suggest that travel--in general--is unaffordable. Today, many families and tourists are able to take advantage of exceptional deals by booking reservations with the right companies and taking a strategic approach to accommodations."
While many of the changes noted in the article may appear negative, there is some mention of progression. The article reveals, "While some aspects of travel have waned, other sectors clearly are on the rise. We've seen the dramatic rise of low-fare bus travel; the increased outsourcing from mainline airlines to regional carriers; and the upsurge in cruising."
In response, Kevin Lee Coe, Sacramento professional concludes, "It is clear from this article, that despite some economic setbacks and industry transitions, people still want to make the most out of their vacations, whether they opt to rent property or jet set to a foreign destination."

A primer on Chapter 7 bankruptcy

The majority of individual bankruptcy filings in America are filed under two sections of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code: Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. They differ greatly in the approach taken to get those results, though.
The basics
Chapter 13 is better known as a "repayment" bankruptcy. It consolidates eligible debts ...
