SAN FRANCISCO, CA, June 17, 2013 (Press-News.org) A renowned force in global mobility and business immigration law, Attorney Nancy Sharp Ziegler today joins Pearl Law Group (www.immigrationlaw.com) as Director of Global Immigration. Nancy brings twenty years of legal experience to the firm, as well as a background in corporate expatriate management and relocation. She is one of just a handful of esteemed American attorneys who have this depth of experience in the field.

Working closely with the firm's managing attorneys, Julie Pearl, Sameer Khedekar, and Christy Nguyen, Nancy will function as a member of the firm's Management Team with responsibility for the overall direction and operations of the firm's global immigration practice and its role as a member of the Alliance of Business Immigration Lawyers (www.abil.com).

Nancy's move comes as Pearl Law Group's global immigration team has nearly tripled from its 2011 size. "Our clients look to us to manage their immigration needs wherever in the world they arise," says Partner Sameer Khedekar. "We're developing very strategic and modern immigration programs that align with companies' broader Talent Management and Global Mobility needs. Nancy's deep understanding of all the moving parts catapults us even further to the forefront."

As one of the earliest leaders of what is today the world's largest global immigration law firm, Nancy played a major role in establishing that firm's global service network, overseeing day-to-day operations and staffing, and developing best practices for integrating the practice with third-party global mobility and relocation organizations. Prior to her twenty years of immigration law experience, Nancy worked in human resources management, international relocation, and international transportation for large multinational companies.

Nancy has held leadership positions within WorldwideERC . She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
