Credit Service Company Receives Ontario Systems' Technology Adoption Program Award

Award recognizes assistance with testing software, support and valuable feedback.

2010-11-05
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, November 05, 2010 (Press-News.org) Credit Service Company (CSC), a full-service collection agency, announces that is has been recognized by Ontario Systems, a leading provider of accounts receivables and revenue recovery solutions for the collections and health care industries, as a recipient of an Ontario Systems Technology Adoption Program (TAP) Award. CSC was recognized for participating in the Ontario Systems' TAP, a software development program designed to enable Ontario to validate assumptions, visions and feature design decisions. The award was presented at the 2010 Ontario Systems Conference 2010, the company's annual partner and user event.

"Ontario Systems' partners are the bedrock of our business; Credit Service Company has been an invaluable partner and we are pleased to recognize them for their dedication and excellent work throughout the year," said Michael Zammuto, chief operating officer, Ontario Systems. "Our diverse customer base demands that we bring the very best product to market, with features needed today and in the future. Our TAP partners are vital in ensuring that our solutions will best serve our entire industry."

"We are extremely honored to be recognized with this award from Ontario Systems, the U.S. leader in revenue recovery solutions," said Randy Shaw, president, Credit Service Company. "Our selection not only validates our program commitment and product depth and usage, but more importantly our vast experience in enabling our clients to collect past-due receivables and bad debts within a structure of unequaled customer service."

Unlike traditional software beta programs that are broad and shallow in focus, Ontario Systems' TAP seeks a deep client relationship to bring the best products to market - today and in the future. TAP clients are hand-selected by Ontario Systems based on thought leadership and the ability to deliver rich feedback. The program enables companies to get involved at much earlier stages, working directly with the people designing and building the product, to see individual features as they are developed and tested. Client feedback is shared with the entire Ontario Systems' product team and serves as an important driver of product requirements.
