Leving. This week's show will address complex child custody issues, especially those involving domestic violence. D'Agostino is known as a fierce litigator and dedicated advocate for the rights of children. He is especially proud of his recent victory challenging a court order of support wrongfully filed by the State of Illinois against his client. Based on D'Agostino's strategic defense, the order was dismissed and the man was not required to pay thousands of dollars in support for a child that wasn't his. Equally as important, the State can now focus on finding this child's real father so that they can be reunited.
